Reeeeeally smooth Phoenix Mountain oolong that we LOVE!
Grown in the famous oolong producing Phoenix Mountain region of Guangdong Province, China, where oolongs are specifically bred based on the scent and flavour the leaves produce.
Smooth and buttery with honeydew, cantaloupe and gentle sweet peach.
Snow Tips differs from our other Phoenix Mountain Oolongs by being slightly smoother with a less intense tropical hit.
Classic Dan Cong flavour and aroma that maintains smoothness.

Cup
Add 2 heaped teaspoons per cup (that’s around 3-4 grams) and pour on 95°C water (about 1 minute off the boil).
Infuse the tea for 2 - 3 minutes and enjoy.
Re-infuse 3 - 4 times.
Don’t forget, you can adjust any of the measurements to suit your style!
