Where do your teas come from?
Tea. The Batch Way.
Batch Tea Co. brings you artisan teas direct from the producers, along with our expertly crafted blends, created by our Tea Master in Sheffield, UK.
You can rest assured that all our teas are expertly sourced from producers that we know and, more importantly that we like. Our range may not be huge (yet…), but it’s perfectly formed.
We source directly from producers on our regular visits to producing countries and regions, so that you can enjoy the best teas around, without paying top dollar.
Don’t pay too much for the same old teas. Try genuine small batch teas from the Batch Tea Co.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do!
That being said, there are quite a lot of moving parts when it comes to shipping internationally these days, so if you’re based outside of the UK and would like to order any of our amazing teas or products, just get in touch with us at [email protected].
How long does shipping take?
We use Royal Mail for shipping and send out orders twice per week. Shipping times generally take 2-3 working days so generally you should receive your order within a week.
How much does shipping cost?
We use Royal Mail for shipping and can send via 1st or 2nd class. 1st class costs £4.00 and 2nd class costs £3.20.
It is also possible to collect from the warehouse with prior arrangement. Just send us an email at [email protected] to arrange.
Can I return an item for a refund?
We try pretty darned hard to make sure you love your brew from us.
However, if you’re not completely satisfied with any item you purchase on the site then please get in contact on [email protected] to discuss returning your order. In most cases we will ask you to return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost excluding postage costs.
In addition, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days, so if you change your mind for whatever reason, you can return the products to us, unopened, for a refund minus postage costs.
All refunds for opened products remain at our discretion.
