Summary:
I’m standing on the patio outside a bustling Bay Hotel in Robin Hood’s Bay, Yorkshire, on a hot Summer’s day with salty fish & chips and a pint. And I’m excited, fresh & revitalised.
Super refreshing & invigorating, this excellent traditional green Sejak tea from Jirisan, Korea just tastes like sunshine.
Slender twisted, almost blue dry leaves turn yellowish green when wet and deliver refreshing marine and vegetal flavours and aromas. Similar to a Mao Feng in terms of strength of flavour, but with even more added sunshine!
Pair with white fish, noodles and salty Asian dishes.
